Poppy is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard in this app.

Poppy offers a free tier and premium subscription plans:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
If offered, the free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. You will not be charged during the trial if you cancel before it ends.

All content, design, branding, and code in Poppy are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Poppy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed medication reminders, incorrect AI responses, or data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
